We provide tailored hands-on financial training for companies, public sector organizations and open programs. In training we apply inspiring methods that make learning useful, fun and easy thanks to Bonanza’s colorful visuals and the trainers’ engaging teaching skills.
Our services
We tailor the training based on our clients’ needs. During the training (typically one or two days)
participants go through financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss account and cash-
flow) and financial key ratios. Understanding these makes it possible to see participants’ own organisation’s numbers much more concretely and thereby improve every employee’s financial understanding.

Heikki Rannikko
Ph.D
Heikki currently works part time for Ramboll Finland Oy, where he is involved with strategic, economic and organisational development projects. Every year Heikki carries out about 20-30 training days for different organisations and teaches business finance and business at Metropolia University of Applied Science and at Aalto University.
Jukka Suvitie
LL.M, Deputy Judge, Vocational Teacher
Jukka began his career as a tax- and bank lawyer and since the 90’s he has been working as a development expert, CEO and top inspiring teacher for board members, managers and employees studying strategy & finance. Since 2023 Jukka had home & office in Berlin.
